Processing Time

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During new releases, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking. Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs, and local postal service. Please keep in mind that international orders may take longer to arrive.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in your order or shipping cost.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you’ll receive your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please Double-Check Your Address!

Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Magic Lotus Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of my direct control. However, if something seems wrong with your shipment, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help however I can. 💕

Magic Lotus Studio is a small, independently run creative shop—not Amazon. 😂 Your order is being packed by an actual human who probably has stickers, paper and watercolor supplies covering her desk. Thank you for giving me a few days to make sure your happy mail is packed just right. 💌
