I want you to be happy when your Magic Lotus happy mail arrives! Because my products are created and/or prepared in small batches, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

But life happens. 😂 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or I accidentally send you the wrong item (because apparently I am human), please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If I made the mistake, I’ll fix it. Period. 💕 Depending on the situation, this may mean a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package is still in transit or appears to be lost, please contact me and I’ll help you figure out the next steps with the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, I cannot automatically issue a refund or replacement. Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first—but definitely reach out if you need help figuring out what happened.

A Note About Handmade Items 🎨

Some Magic Lotus Studio products feature my original artwork and are handmade, hand-cut, assembled, or packaged by me. Tiny variations can happen and are part of what makes small-batch creations special. Your item may not be 100.000000% identical to another one—and I think that’s kinda cool. 😂

If something genuinely went wrong, talk to me. I’m a person, you’re a person, and we can probably figure it out. 🥰
